Eligible officers should satisfy the educational qualifications, Group-A service requirements, and age limits prescribed under the AJNIFM Faculty Recruitment Rules, 2002 (as amended upto 2023) applicable to the respective post -- see FRR-2002 Schedules 1 to 4 and Rule 3(c)(i) for the Category-1 (Participating Services) definition. Applications should be forwarded through proper channel in the prescribed format together with: (1) Vigilance Clearance, (2) Integrity Certificate, (3) Cadre Clearance, (4) Attested copies of APARs for the last five years, (5) a certificate that no disciplinary/criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated, and (6) details of penalties imposed during the last ten years, if any. Applications received after the closing date or incomplete in any respect shall not be considered. Mere fulfilment of eligibility conditions does not confer any right to be called for interaction/interview. Canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification.
