What we collect
When you register and apply through this portal, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, contact details, date of birth, category and reservation declarations, educational qualifications, employment history, government service details (for deputation applications), and the documents you upload.
Why we collect it
This information is collected and processed solely for the purpose of administering the specific recruitment cycle you apply to — screening, shortlisting, interviews, and appointment — in accordance with the AJNIFM Faculty Recruitment Rules, 2002 and Staff Recruitment Rules, 2003.
Who can see it
Your application data is visible to authorised AJNIFM staff and Recruitment/Selection Committee members involved in processing the specific advertisement you applied to. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose beyond that recruitment cycle.
How long we keep it
Application records are retained per the institute's record-retention policy for recruitment matters. A candidate may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting the Recruitment Cell directly, subject to the institute's obligations to retain official recruitment records.
