About

Accommodation built around the training calendar

AJNIFM runs residential training programmes for officers of the Indian Economic Service, Civil Accounts, Audit and allied cadres. The hostel exists to make those weeks on campus straightforward — a clean room, transparent charges, and a warden's office that is easy to reach.

Who stays here

Rooms are primarily allocated to officer trainees attending Management Development Programmes and other courses coordinated through AJNIFM, along with visiting faculty and institute staff on official stay. Programme coordinators submit a booking request ahead of each course, and the hostel office allocates rooms as participants arrive.

How charges work

Every stay is billed on three simple lines: room rent for the nights stayed, electricity by actual meter reading, and mess charges by meals taken. Nothing is bundled into an unexplained lump sum — the itemised invoice is available to the resident from the day it's raised.
