On arrival
- Carry a valid photo ID (Aadhaar / passport / employee ID) for verification.
- Security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out, net of any damage charges.
- A resident login is issued at check-in to view bills, raise complaints and request an out-pass online.

House rules
General conduct
- Visitors must be logged at reception and are not permitted to stay overnight without prior written approval.
- Rooms and common areas are non-smoking; please use the designated outdoor areas.
- Any damage to hostel property will be assessed and billed at check-out.
- Maintenance issues should be reported through the resident portal for the fastest response.
- An out-pass request should be submitted in advance for any overnight absence.
- Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 06:00 out of consideration for fellow residents.
